I Heart Broadway Presented by The Drowsy Chaperone Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

2. Sweepstakes are open to legal U.S. citizens, 18 years of age and older, except prize providers, their family members, their subsidiaries and affiliates (“Sponsors”), and their advertising or promotional agents. Sweepstakes begins July 10, 2006.

3. To enter the I Heart Broadway Promotion, go to www.drowsychaperone.com/iheartbroadway and follow the instructions to “Submit your Broadway Memorabilia.” If you do not want to submit an entry online, you may enter the sweepstakes by sending a postcard with your name, email, and phone number to: I Heart Broadway, Situation Marketing LLC, 262 W. 38th St, Suite 1006, New York, NY 10018. Sponsor is not responsible for postage due; late, lost, or illegible entries; computer-system, phone-line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions; or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention, or other cause beyond Sponsors’ control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the sweepstakes and may disqualify any person who attempts or engages in such activity. Participants may submit multiple items, but only one entry will be eligible for prizes, regardless of method of entry.

4. All entries must be received by midnight EST December 31, 2006.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: There will be five winning entries for I Heart Broadway, selected at random throughout the calendar year of 2006. Four will receive a prize package that includes their memorabilia or a replica of their memorabilia being placed on the set of The Drowsy Chaperone and The Playbill Broadway Yearbook for 2005-2006. (Estimated value of prize: $29.95). One grand prize winner will receive the same as noted above as well as two tickets to see The Drowsy Chaperone on Broadway and a backstage tour of the set. (Estimated total value of prize package: $254.95). Winners will be notified by email and arrangements for prize redemption will occur through email or over the phone. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants agree to be bound by the official rules. To receive his/her prize, each winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release confirming eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules, granting Sponsors the right to use his/her name, voice, picture, and likeness, and/or make personal appearances which may be broadcast on television or radio unless prohibited by law, without compensation, for the purpose of publicizing his/her winning and acceptance of prize and releasing Sponsors and their agents from any liability and agreeing to hold them harmless from and against any liability resulting from and relating to activities resulting from the sweepstakes and his/her acceptance of the prize. Noncompliance may result in alternative winners being chosen. Affidavit of Eligibility and Release must be returned within 14 days; otherwise, alternative winners will be selected. Winners are responsible for any tax on prizes. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
